AITP is the leading worldwide society of information technology business professionals and the community of knowledge for the current and next generation of leaders.

 The Association of Information Technology Professionals at VCU is a student organization with the purpose of connecting VCU students and faculty with leaders in the local IT industry. We hold open discussions on current IT topics and interact regularly with the AITP Richmond Chapter - www.aitprich.org.

Student members of the organization have a chance to interact with other students, peers, and collegues in the field. Potentioal employers often utilize VCU's AITP as a liason for recruiting new talent.

Our Student Chapter is registered with the National AITP organization - www.aitp.org.
